The first Kung Fu Panda came out when Angelina Jolie was pregnant with her twins. Sherlock Holmes has received a resurgence in popularity in the last five years. We’ve had movies, television series, he’s brought into the modern age and we’ve even had a female Watson. As audiences, we’ve lapped up the greatest detective of all time, enjoying the annoying charming charmless know-it-all in any form we can get him.
“It’s not cheating when we’re not in the same postcode.” Cheating Scum declared merrily to me, laughing at how clever he thought he was for having stepped out from right under his girlfriends’ nose time and again. And I mean girlfriends. There hasn’t been a single one with whom he hasn’t cheated on, and this is a proud point for Cheating Scum.
