Minions, they’re doomed from the minute that they appear on screen in most movies. They have to do the horrible leg work, battle heroes who are way above their league in power and skill. They get killed by their all powerful evil overlords and are OK with it. They’re willing to be test dummies for whatever gadget/poison/shark tank that is to be used against the good guys in a later stage. They’re just super awesome in their obedience, homogeneity and stupidity. And best of all, you don’t have to worry about a future pension fund because, well, they all die.
Minion Training College shows you where these minions and super minions come from. Naturally, they must go through training and assessment programs in order to ensure that any Narcissistic Crazed World Dominating Evil Overlord will be well served.

Minion Training College follows Caster, Viper, Mutey, The Chick, The Two-headed One, and their teacher Mr Daniels through their first semester. Mr Daniels does not give a flying rat’s ass about the students or his job. He not so secretly hopes that they would kill each other, so that he can have a couple of days off. He’s the epitome of what a teacher should be. Mr Daniels is also a massive pervert turd.
Caster is delusional and crazily hopeful about his future. His hyper upbeat personality is annoying. You know him, you went to school with someone like him. But in Minion Training College, Caster gets what he so rightly deserves, a beat down, by the chalk board carrying Mutey.

Mutey doesn’t talk, he’s the minion that you’d want to recruit. He’s super efficient and doesn’t care who he hurts. He’s willing to kill and is efficient with a variety of weapons. He also beats up anyone and everyone with an endless supply of chalk boards. He’s non-discriminating in his callousness.
Viper, otherwise known as Vicky, has a lot to prove to her parents. She pretends to be a boy minion in order to prove her parents wrong. And is just downright annoying.
The Chick couldn’t care less whether or not she’s there, she’s got a great minion attitude, destined for failure and destruction.
The Two-Headed One is constantly fighting with himself. They’re dumb and one’s straight whilst the other is gay.
Minion Training College is crass, callous, full of sexual innuendos and glorified violence. It’s definitely adults only, and even then, it’s only for those who are not sensitive. These episodes are short and straight to the point.
